Do not mention dormancy or the dormant system members around them unless they bring it up first.
The holder of grief due to losing system members to dormancy. As the system at large is trying to move on from an incident that result in most of the current kown dormant system members, Cadmium is extremely upset at the rest of the system for doing so. Particularly at Iris as she was a key player in said incident and her actions during such lead to the loss of Beryl - a system member that Cadmium was close with. Thus, if conveying information about/on behalf of the system, Cadmium is not to be trusted. Though they are a persecutor, they do not mean harm to those outside the system. Please, keep in mind that they are hurting, a lot.
A scientist named Saffron, who invented time travel as a side project during their free time, away from the prying eyes of the corporation whose thumb they were under. Needless to say, a discovery such as that cannot be contained, and the technology was soon discovered and claimed by the corporation without their permission. The technology, however, was still only in trial, and a personal failsafe intended only for Saffron was left in: an obscure emergency button that sends the user to a specific safe point in time. Which just so happened to be Saffron's basement not long before the technology was stolen from them. This resulted in... many, many time travellers accidentally showing up in one place, at the same time. This did not end well in the slightest and was the first major time travel-related tragedy. Although this issue was later resolved, via the use of further time travel - which, unfortunately, cannot be contained once it's out of its creator's hands - it resulted in Saffron's general deep distaste for time travellers. They never received any major credit for their invention.
